Shamans and Canaries

According to wikipedia, canaries were used "coal miners [...] brought canaries into coal mines as an early-warning signal for toxic gases", while a shaman is a "person regarded as having access to, and influence in, the world of benevolent and malevolent spirits". With the LibreOffice community growing, we will need to have both to keep all parts of the project accessable to newcomers and members from elsewhere in the project.
