LibreOffice aims to be a fun place to be, filled with smooth and pleasant interactions between peers, working together to produce the best software possible.

Based on a lifetime's experience of getting interactions wrong myself, I'll cherry-pick and analyse some of the interaction styles that can pointlessly frustrate and hinder smooth working, and perhaps demonstrate a few.
