Milano

In 2013, the LibreOffice Conference will take place in Milano, Italy, the second largest Italian city (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milan) known for the fashion and the design industries.

Milano is also a tourist destination, with several masterpieces such as Leonardo's Last Supper, Duomo, Scala Theater, Sant'Ambrogio and Sant'Eustorgio Basilicas, Santa Maria delle Grazie, San Satiro and San Lorenzo Maggiore Churches, and Castello Sforzesco (http://www.turismo.milano.it).

Milano has three airports, served by many airlines with direct flights connecting all large cities in Europe, and most large hubs in the Americas, Africa and Asia. Ryanair flies to Bergamo (http://www.ryanair.com/en). EasyJet flies to Malpensa (http://www.easyjet.com/it). There are direct connections between the airports and the railway station in the centre of Milan.
