Applying for visa
If you are a citizen of one of the countries listed on this page https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/coming_to_dk/visa/need_visa/who_needs_visa.htm , you must have a visa in order to enter Denmark.

Invitation
We are happy to help you by sending you an invitation to the conference. The invitation will be provided electronically as soon as possible. We will inform you by email about the procedure. Please provide us with as many information as possible. Send an e-mail with as many information as possible to conference@libreoffice.org.
Will you be applying for visa through a Danish embassy or representation office? If not we must send you an invitation on paper.

Tips for the applicant:
- Bring the invitation from your Danish host, either in the form of a printed invitation or an invitation ID, if the host submitted an online invitation
- Bring proof that you have travel insurance covering the entire Schengen area which is valid for the expected duration of your stay. The minimum coverage must be 30,000 €
- Bring a valid passport or other form of travel document
- Check the embassy's website to find out whether there are any country-specific requirements, and which documentation you need to bring.
